
Agnes Kisakye is a dedicated Public Health Specialist holding a Master of Public Health from Makerere University. As the Executive Director of the Haemophilia Foundation of Uganda (HFU), she leads with a profound passion for transforming the lives of individuals navigating haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders. An influential advocate for health equity, Agnes has been instrumental in driving high-level policy change through tireless engagement with key decision-makers. Her strategic leadership has been pivotal in championing sustainable access to life-saving factor concentrates, integrating comprehensive care models, and embracing evidence-based research across the country. Characterized by resilience and a patient-centric approach, Agnes is a firm believer in community empowerment. She remains deeply committed to building a future where every Ugandan living with a bleeding disorder has the opportunity to lead a healthy, dignified, and fulfilling life.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Social sciences and part qualification in Certified Public Accounts. He has vast experience in designing and implementing social development programs for almost 20 (Twenty) years. Richard has worked extensively with vulnerable and less privileged persons to support social empowerment programs that aim at restoring dignity of the vulnerable while ensuring sustainability of such programs. Currently, Richard serves with the Haemophilia Foundation of Uganda, a local Non Government Organisation that is also a member organisation of the World Federation of Haemophilia. HFU supports patient identification, awareness and advocacy, patient management and social empowerment programs for families and patients living with Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders.Richard's vision is to create an environment that is free from social injustices which limit the vulnerable mainly those with Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders from reaching their full potential.

Nangulu Peter is a Computer Scientist and a prominent member of the Haemophilia Association Uganda. As a professional living with haemophilia, he exemplifies the "mindset shift" toward self-reliance and economic independence. Peter uses his platform to mentor fellow youth, proving that specialized medical conditions can be managed alongside successful, high-impact careers in technology.
