His leadership journey reached a global milestone in 2025 when he represented Uganda at the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) Global Youth Leadership Training. As a professional living with haemophilia, Benard is a powerful voice for youth empowerment, using his background in education to mentor others and champion a future of self-reliance and informed advocacy

Leonard is a versatile professional and a dedicated father navigating the complexities of raising a child with severe Haemophilia A. With a diverse career background as a Telecoms Technician, Professional Driver, and Poultry Farmer, Leonard embodies the spirit of resilience and self-reliance that he champions for others. Driven by a profound passion for the bleeding disorders community, Leonard serves as a full-time volunteer, committed to ensuring that every individual living with haemophilia has the support necessary to lead a full, normal life. His unique perspective as a parent and an entrepreneur allows him to bridge the gap between clinical care and the practical, day-to-day realities of family management, making him a vital pillar of support and a mentor for other families across Uganda.

Rose Nambi is a dedicated public servant with over 16 years of distinguished service as a police officer in Uganda. Bringing the same discipline and commitment to her personal life, she is the mother of two children living with severe Haemophilia A. As a veteran officer and a part-time volunteer, Rose is a powerful voice for families navigating the complexities of chronic bleeding disorders. She leverages her professional experience in community service to advocate for improved patient care and support systems, ensuring that children with haemophilia have the opportunity to grow up in a safe, informed, and inclusive environment.
